At Kleiner Stave Co., every drum shell is handcrafted and built to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are subject to the following policy.

Custom Orders

​

All custom and made-to-order drum shells are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

​

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
 

To help us evaluate your claim, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging (if applicable)
   

Once your claim has been reviewed, we may, at our discretion:

• Repair the product

• Replace the product

• Issue a full or partial refund

Order Cancellations

​

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before production begins.
 

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled because each shell is built specifically for the customer.

Natural Wood Characteristics

​

Each drum shell is crafted from real wood. Variations in grain pattern, color, figure, and texture are natural and are not considered defects.
