Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Production times may vary depending on order volume, material availability, and customization requirements.
 

Shipping

Orders are shipped using UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another reputable carrier. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout unless otherwise stated.
 

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
 

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and provide photographs of:

• The damaged item

• The shipping box

• Any visible packaging damage
   

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
